Featured Hole

The 1st fairway is lined on both sides by trees. The second shot is a slight dogleg right at which point you look down at the green. The green is large and protected by a front-right trap.

The 2nd is an uphill tee shot. Both sides of the fairway are tree lined. If your approach is long it could find its way into the pond behind the green.

The 3rd tee is slightly elevated. An errant tee shot could put you in wispy grass surrounding both sides of the fairway or in one of two green side bunkers.

The 4th tee and green are elevated.The fairway is lined by trees on both sides. There is a left fairway bunker and water on the right. The green is protected by right and left green side bunkers.

The 5th tee rolls to the right from tee to green. The fairway is tree lined. There are no green-side bunkers, just a hard right breaking green.

The 6th tee is elevated. It overlooks a beautiful green and country side. The green is protected by two left bunkers, a front bunker and a right bunker.

The 7th tee faces dense trees on the left and a fairway bunker on the right which make finding the fairway the best bet. Your second /third shot into the green, if not accurate, can bring the second right fairway bunker or left, strategically placed tree into play. The green rolls hard front to back. Don’t be long!

Signature Hole

The 8th tee (from the original tees), is lined left by deep woods and out of bounds. The green is protected by a front-left bunker, back bunker and water to the right. From the alternate shorter tee, water definitely comes into play.

The 9th hole is dogleg right after the pond. The fairway is completely lined left and right by trees. Trees left are out of bounds. The 9th green is protected by bunkers right and left and runs hard from front to back.

Featured Hole

The 10th tee is a dogleg right; there is a fairway bunker protecting the turn. The green is elevated and protected by front left and right bunkers.

The 11th tee is elevated. The fairway is lined with trees right with out of bounds left. The green is protected by 3 bunkers, 1 front left, 1 back left and 1 front right.

The 12th tee is level to the green. There is a fairway bunker on the right. The green is protected by bunkers right front and left front and the green runs hard front to back.

The 13th tee is slightly elevated and there is out of bounds left and trees right. The green is protected by left and right bunkers.

Featured Hole

The 14th tee will make you focus on the hole’s signature tree. If your shot is too far right you may find trees or a fairway bunker. Depending on pin placement, the green can be your friend or enemy. The green is protected by right and left bunkers.

The 15th tee is tree lined on both sides of the fairway. There is a right side fairway trap that comes into play for both men and women. The green is protected by bunkers right and left. Be prepared to play against the wind on this hole.

Featured Hole

The 16th tee is slightly elevated. The fairway is lined with trees on both sides and wispy grass on the left. There are green-side bunkers right and left.

The 17 tee is a straight up-hill shot. A miss hit can be costly; there are trees on both sides of the fairway and long, wispy grass on the left. The green is protected by right and left side bunkers. Land short/soft or you’ll roll off the back of the green.

Featured Hole

The 18th is Cazenovia Country Club’s signature hole. This is a risk/reward hole. From the tee, you see trees left, right and straight ahead. In addition, there is a left-side fairway bunker. To stay out of trouble, fairway is the best place to be on 18. Your approach shot will be challenged by 4 ponds and 2 bunkers. Pin placement depends on the mood of the golf course staff.
